Through intentional massage around the abdominal and pelvic region, womb lifting can improve circulation, ease digestive and menstrual discomfort, support fertility and hormones, and help you reconnect with your center.

Thai Womb Lifting Massage

Inspired by traditional Thai healing, where warmth is seen as the key to restoring flow and vitality. Heated bundles of medicinal Thai herbs are gently rolled and pressed into the body, melting tension in the muscles, delivering herbal medicine through the skin, and calming the nervous system.
This treatment is a beautiful way to support your body when it's feeling tender:

During times of transition, feeding ourselves can feel overwhelming—and yet, food is often the very thing that brings us back to life.

I offer cooking and meal delivery designed to support your body and spirit. I create personalized menus and infuse each dish with comfort, vitality, and a deep respect for where you are in your journey.

1. Choose Your Session

Visit the Booking Page to explore available offerings. I currently offer in-home and studio-based sessions, with options for 1-hour Herbal Compress Massage, 2-hour Womb Lifting Massage, and 2-hour 40-minute Womb Lifting Massage with Herbal Compress.

2. Select a Date & Time

Once you’ve chosen your session type, select a date and time that works for you from the calendar. If you don’t see a time that fits, feel free to reach out via email or my contact page—some flexibility is available.

3. Complete Your Booking

After selecting your time, you’ll be prompted to:

  • Share your contact details

  • Review cancellation/reschedule policies

  • Provide any relevant notes or intentions for your session
    Credit card information is required to confirm your appointment, but you will not be charged until after your session. Credit card information is stored through Square.

4. Fill Out Your Intake Form

If you booked a Womb Lifting Massage, you’ll receive an email with a brief intake form. This helps me tailor your care and ensure we’re aligned before we meet. Please complete it at least 24 hours before your session.

5. Prepare for Your Session

You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on what to expect, how to prepare your space (for in-home sessions), and any special items to have on hand. I’ll also send a reminder 24–48 hours before our time together.
